Currently we offer six months interest free financing where CareCredit is different from a regular credit card. Use it to pay for out-of-pocket expenses not covered by medical insurance, and special financing options are available that you may not be able to get with other credit cards.
With shorter term financing options of 6 months no interest is charged on purchases of $200 or more when you make the minimum monthly payments and pay the full amount due by the end of the promotional period. If you do not, interest is charged from the original purchase date.
NEARLY ME® breast forms include a line of specialty silicone breast forms for swimming or other athletic activities. Many women chose one of these forms as a secondary form that they can wear in a pool, at the beach or in a hot tub without the potential of damaging their “every day” form. Each style of form is made with a highly durable outer membrane for long wear and each has a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects.
The Freestyle Full Triangle breast form is perfect for women who have had a mastectomy and are looking to balance weight distribution in the breasts to relieve back or shoulder pain. These breast forms come in a triangular shape and are symmetrical to fit either side of the body. The breast form will work best if the smallest curve in the triangle is placed at the top. These breast forms can also help to restore the female silhouette and help women who have had a mastectomy feel more confidence, particularly while wearing swimwear or athletic wear. The Freestyle breast form is made of lightweight silicone gel and the back of the breast form is a concave shape to allow it to fit snugly against the body.
